2. A 20 year old man is found to have a BMI >30 by his GP. On further enquiry he is found to be unemployed, relatively inactive and regularly eats fast food.
3. A 45 year old obese man presents to his GP with yellowed sclera. On examination he possesses a palpable liver and reveals that a family member had recently died.
4. A 50 year old obese woman visits her GP for a routine examination. She is found to have a loss of sensation on her lower leg and foot and has problems reading the Snellen chart.
5. A 40 year old housewife presents to her GP with weight gain and lethargy. Blood tests reveal elevated TSH and low T4.
